This is the date your vehicle is ready for us to pick up, but keep in mind that this is not necessarily the exact pick up date. Depending on truck driver availability at that time, we may be able to assign a truck to pick up your vehicle on your first available shipping date but it may also be a couple days after. If we cannot pick it up that day, it should be within our usual pick up window of 1 to 3 business days starting from the first available date. Understanding the amount of time it takes to deliver your vehicle after pickup.Here are some examples of delivery times, these times are estimated and should not be considered as guaranteed.
East coast to west coast or west to east approximately 7-14 days
Central US to east coast or central to west coast approximately 5-8 days
Southern states to northern states or north to south approximately 5-8 days
Within your state pickup and deliveries are approximately 1 to 3 days
East coast to Hawaii is approximately 20 to 30 days.
West coast to Hawaii is approximately 10 to 20 days.
Keep in mind that these times are averages and can change to different situations. For example if your car is not picking up or delivering to a major city we may have to put it on a second truck and this could cause a delay.

Yes, the truck driver will get as close to your door as he can legally and safely. Many cities have restrictions on large trucks that prohibit them from driving into some residential areas. Auto transport trucks are big and need lots of space to maneuver and turn around. If your home is restricted by narrow streets, low-hanging trees, low bridges, speed bumps or tight turns, the driver may ask you to meet the truck at a nearby destination.

Next-day shipping is available at a premium price, but we recommend that you schedule your car transport as far out as you can. This is to ensure a smooth pick-up and delivery.

Make sure your vehicle is insured! Our transporters carry coverage for your vehicle, but if the insurance company denies the claim for any reason, you don’t want to be stuck with the bill or fighting the insurance company on your own.

You can choose to pay in full online as we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover will be accepted. No personal checks and no business checks will be accepted. Our drivers cannot accept cash on delivery due to issues in the past of being robbed or misplacing it. Payment must be arranged prior to pickup. We will charge your card the day of pickup, unless pickup is on the weekend and then we will charge your card the Friday before.

We will allow up to 100lbs in the trunk, however The US Department of Transport prohibits the carrying of personal items on a truck licensed only for carrying automobiles. By violating this federal law, our company can be fined up to $10,000. All personal belongings that are left inside the vehicle will not be insured and our company is not responsible for missing or damaged items.

Open Carrier
This is shipping that does not protect your vehicle from the elements. Your vehicle is exposed to the weather, but we can fit more vehicles on our truck and this lowers the cost of transport. Damages from the elements are rare, but can occur. Most people are willing to take the small risk to save a considerable amount of money.
Enclosed Carrier
This is shipping that protects your vehicle from the elements. Going enclosed can protect your vehicle from weather, rocks and theft. In most cases an enclosed carrier will cost double of what it would cost to ship on an open carrier. These drivers have more experience with high-end vehicles.

Yes, BUT IT MUST BE ARRANGED UPFRONT and there will be an extra cost involved to guarantee a time frame. Please call for the most accurate quote if you need guaranteed pick up date(s). However, because anything can happen on the road, the car shipping industry does not guarantee delivery dates.

You don’t personally need to be there but we recommended that you have a person you trust at both pickup and delivery if you cannot be there yourself. The person you choose must be at least 18 years of age and be at both pickup and delivery you or your trusted person will need to inspect the vehicle and mark any damage on the Bill of Lading before signing it. At pickup you are looking for any pre-existing damage and at delivery you will note any new damage that occurred during the shipment of your vehicle. You should have some gasoline in the vehicle’s tank. It’s best to have a 1/4 of the tank, but we will ship your vehicle no matter the level of gas, but keep in mind if your car runs out of gas during transport you will most likely have a fee. After a truck has been scheduled, we will email you a notification with the estimated pick up date along with the driver’s phone number. The truck driver usually calls a 24 hours ahead of pick up or delivery to notify you of his estimated arrival time at your address. Special arrangements can be made upon request. Make sure the car is clean so the our truck driver can make a proper inspection of any existing damages, scratches or dings. Be sure to empty your vehicle of personal belongings, especially anything of value. Remove all loose parts external modifications attached to the vehicle, any luggage, bike or ski racks, they should be removed and stored inside the vehicle if they will fit. Make sure you remove any toll passes from the vehicle so that your not charge when we travel through the booths. As a precaution, it’s a good idea to cover or wrap your driver seat and driver-side floor mat just in case the trucker gets any dirt in the vehicle while loading or unloading. No. We only offers Door-to-Door vehicle shipping which means no dropping off or picking up vehicles from a terminal. Sometimes customers will meet a truck driver nearby the pickup or delivery address if the roads are to narrow or there are low-hanging trees. In this case, the trucker driver will still get as close as legally and safely possible. If you live in a rural location that is accessible but out of the way you have the option to meet the trucker near an interstate or major city which will reduce the cost of shipping your vehicle. Yes, it is specified by Federal Law, a trucker must be paid in full for services rendered. It is also in your best interest to pay the truck driver in full. Yes, we ship non-running vehicles every day. Inoperable(non-running) vehicles will typically take longer to be picked up and cost more because not all truck drivers can or are willing to take non-running vehicles. Yes, we ship hundreds of cars each week from salvage auctions and other types of auto auctions. Each auction will have different requirements to release to vehicle and we’ll get all the necessary details from you at the time of booking your order. Please make sure the vehicle is fully paid and ready for release from the auction. Also be aware that if your vehicle is booked as operable but it turns out the vehicle is inoperable there will be additional cost and the original truck driver may not be able to accommodate a non-running vehicle. Yes. Please make sure your bill with the storage facility is settled in full prior to us picking up your vehicle. This is one of the biggest problem we have with picking up vehicles at storage facilities. Be aware that if the vehicle turns out not to run and it was booked as an operable vehicle the cost to complete the shipping will be higher and the original truck driver may not be able to pick up your vehicle. Yes, but you must tell us about these modifications at the time of quoting and booking your vehicle. Our rates are based on vehicles with no modifications from the standard factory condition and will need to have an additional premium cost added to the the price.
